Requesting to use the Warren Hills Facilities Requests to use the Warren Hills facility are processed through the Director of Athletics.
Please supply the following information:
Complete a use of facilities request form.
Youth sports team organizations must agree to comply with the school district's Policy and Regulation 2431.4 - Prevention and Treatment of Sports-Related Concussions and Head Injuries. Read the policy here.
Supply a certificate of insurance naming Warren Hills Regional as the additional insured.
Send in a check from your organization covering the cost of the facilities you are requesting.
You may drop off your forms and check to the Director of Athletics at Warren Hills Regional High School or mail to: Director of Athletics, Warren Hills Regional High School, 41 Jackson Valley Road, Washington, NJ 07882.
