Warren Hills Facilities Director of Facilities - Patrick Murphy Warren Hills District Office 89 Bowerstown Rd. Washington, NJ 07882 (908) 689-3143 x1054 The physical plant of the Warren Hills Regional School District consists of three sites.  Our district office is located on Bowerstown Road and houses the offices of the Superintendent of Schools and the District Business Administrator. Board of Education meetings take place in this building.  Warren Hills Regional Middle School is located on West Carlton Avenue in Washington Borough. Our seventh and eighth grade students are housed in this building.  Warren Hills Regional High School is located on Jackson Valley Road in Washington Township (Warren County). This building houses grades 9 through 12.  The Warren Hills stadium was built in 2010. This complex houses 5 tennis courts, a turf field, track, field houses and concession stand.
