Graduation Requirements

Current Warren Hills Graduation Requirements

 

135 Credits    Total credits = required classes, plus electives

20 cr English (To include levels I, II, III, & IV)                      

20 cr Health/PE                                  

15 cr Mathematics                  

5 cr World History                   

10 cr US History                                

15 cr Science                          

10 cr Fine/Practical & Performing Arts                             

5 cr World Language

2.5 cr Career Exploration (may be infused in existing programs)                  

Students who have lost credit for particular courses due to excessive absence, may still fulfill graduation unit requirements through successful completion of course content.  Such students will still be responsible for making up required credits.

 

Students must pass state examinations in reading, writing, and computational skills 

Students must meet the Warren Hills Regional School District's attendance policy.

Students must meet both the state and locally adopted requirements necessary to obtain a state endorsed diploma, including the above mentioned credit requirements.

The amount of credit awarded for a course is outlined by the State Board of Education.
