  • Lead in Drinking Water Reports

  • 1. District Policy and Regulation #2464 - Gifted and Talented Pupils:

    This WHRSD Board of Education approved policy and regulation addresses several aspects of the Gifted and Talented Program:

     

    a. Definition of "Gifted and Talented"

    b. Determination of Gifted and Talented Status

    c. Instructional Accommodations

    d. Every Student Succeeds Act [ESSA]

    e. Gifted and Talented Model--"School Enrichment Model"

    f. Organizational Options of the Program

     
    2. To date, the WHRMS has offered several schoolwide enrichment opportunities for the students. Click here for the list of these activities and events.

     
    3. As the specific group of students who are gifted and talented are identified, they will complete a Student Interest Inventory in order to develop a gifted and talented program geared to the results of the inventory.

     
    4. The WHRMS will be sponsoring a "Gifted and Talented Program Information Night" for the 2017-2018 school year in the near future. Stay tuned!

  • WINTER SPORTS AWARDS

    SAVE THE DATE - Winter Sports Awards will be held at 2:30pm on March 7th in the Middle School Gymnasium.

  • Spring Sports Start Soon

    Spring Sports tryouts begin 2/27/17 for Baseball & Softball and Track begins 3/3/17.  Students should check Genesis to see if they are cleared. Please contact Christina Page in the Athletic Office at pagec@warrenhills.org or 908-689-3050 ext. 3047 with any questions.

  • Sign Up for School Delay, Closing, and Early Dismissal Notifications!

    The Warren Hills Regional School District will be using a new service called Remind to distribute school delays, closings, or early dismissals. Remind will send a text message to a subscriber's cell phone indicating any weather-related changes in schedule as determined by the district.

  • Random Student Substance Testing
    The Warren Hills Regional Board of Education will be discussing and voting to approve Board Policy #5536, RANDOM STUDENT SUBSTANCE TESTING, at their December 6, 2016 meeting.  The public is welcome to attend and participate in the discussion.  The revised policy can be found on the district webpage by clicking this link.

  • English Language Arts Summer Assignment Survey

    All students enrolled in English Language Arts courses at the Middle School are invited to take a feedback survey on the new format of the Summer Assignment implemented over the Summer of 2016.  Responses are anonymous, but students must login to their MS Office 365 email accounts to take the survey.  It can be found by clicking here.
