Dear WH Community,
In consultation with the school districts in Warren County, the department of health, and following the lead of other counties throughout the state, all Warren County schools will be closing effective Monday, March 16, 2020 through Friday, March 27, 2020.
The district will implement our Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP) immediately. The EPP and information on Remote Teaching and Learning can be found on the district web page. Additional information related to school/student services can be found in the document posted on the district web page.
Our plan for Remote Teaching and Learning will be implemented immediately. Students should transition to the plans the teachers have communicated with them using Google Classroom, their Chromebook and activity packets. If your child is currently on “Home Instruction,” they will complete the work as assigned by the classroom teacher. There will NOT be an instructor coming to the home during this time period.
Please know we are here to support you. If you need to get in contact with the school, please call 908-623-0784 for the high school or 908-623-0884 for the middle school or the district “helpline” at 908-689-3050 ext 1016.
We will update you on the status of the closing as more information is provided to us.
Sincerely,
Earl C. Clymer, III
Superintendent of Schools
