Dear WH Community,
The Warren Hills Regional School District, in consultation with all Warren County Schools, and the department of health, will be closing schools in an ”abundance of caution” beginning Monday, March 16, 2020 through and including Friday, March 27, 2020. The district will enact our Emergency Preparedness Plan (EPP) and our Remote Teaching and Learning plan, effective immediately.
Our faculty have worked to prepare lessons for two (2) weeks in case of a school closing. Equitable access to materials and resources will be provided to all students and instruction will be differentiated to meet the needs of all learners including:
- Special Education/504
- Gifted & Talented
Students will be able to submit assignments for grading through our online Google Classroom platform or in person upon returning to school.

Should your child(ren) have technical issues with their Chromebooks, please contact the school district via email at email@example.com or (908) 689-3050 ext 3008.
Please ensure that the Chromebooks are charged on a daily basis.
Questions related to lessons/activities posted through Google Classroom should be directed to the class teacher. The email address for each faculty member is last name first initial @warrenhills.org. A faculty list is linked here: Staff Directory
Special Education & Related Services:
Our Special Services Department will continue to monitor IEP’s and reschedule upcoming meetings as necessary. Our teachers have prepared lessons that assure equitable access to materials and resources and instruction is differentiated in order to meet the needs of all of our students. Related Services will be accounted for, tracked and scheduled upon our return. Please email your assigned case manager with any questions or concerns.
Please plan your pick up at the school location closest to your home.
Students receiving Free/Reduced Lunch will be able to pick up lunches at the following locations and times. Please know the times listed are based on the Food Service Delivery schedule.

Athletics, Co-Curricular Activities, Field Trips, Community Groups & Evening Events:
All are cancelled until further notice.
Board of Education Meeting:
The Board of Education meeting scheduled for March 17, 2020 will be held as scheduled for the Board of Education to conduct business necessary for the continued operation of the school district. Previously planned presentations for the Board of Education meeting are cancelled.
The district has set up a “helpline” to facilitate additional communications between the school and community. The “helpline” number is (908) 689-3050 ext 1016. Please leave a detailed message and we will respond to you as soon as possible.
