Good Afternoon Class of 2021 and Parents,

Graduation is less than a month away! Time will fly now that we are closing in on the end of the year, and close this chapter of our students’ lives.

Last week we received great news regarding capacity limits for our ceremony and we are happy to announce that we will be able to give each graduate 5 tickets to our ceremony being held at 10:00 am on June 12th. This will allow more family and friends to celebrate this special occasion. Again, each graduate will be given the same amount of tickets and we will not be able to accommodate additional tickets unless the capacity limitations change prior to our event. Lastly, our event will be streamed live so that it can be viewed by extended family, friends and our community. Tickets will be distributed to students at graduation practice.

In the event that forecasts are not favorable for a ceremony on Saturday, June 12th, we have reserved Friday, June 11th at 7:00 pm as a potential rain date. Due to the sie of our graduating class, and the limits pertaining to indoor ceremonies, we will not be able to move our commencement ceremony indoors. We will monitor forecasts closely during the week.

We continue to strive to make this a special event for our 54th graduating class and I thank you for your support and understanding. This certainly has been a challenging year for our Class of 2021 and I am looking forward to celebrating this milestone with you and our community.

    All the best,

Dear Class of 2021 and Parents,

Your high school chapter is almost over and we are excited to be planning an event worthy of this special milestone! Although this has been a difficult year, our 54th commencement ceremony will be a live, in-person ceremony for the entire class of 2021 on June 12th at 10 am in our athletic complex.

Graduation for the Class of 2021 will be an outdoor ceremony as we are unable to accommodate an indoor event at this time. In the event of rain, we will delay the start time of the event.

We are planning to have a commencement practice for the students on June 11th, from 10 am to 12 pm. However, in the event of rain, the practice will be canceled. All students participating in our ceremony must meet all Warren Hills Board of Education and New Jersey Department of Education Graduation Requirements but participation in our ceremony is not mandatory.

At this time, based on the capacity of our facility and current executive order gathering limits for outdoor events, each graduate will receive two (2) tickets to the event. Should the executive order change and/or the outdoor gathering numbers increase, graduates will be provided additional tickets to meet the amended guidelines. Unfortunately, we will be unable to provide more tickets for any graduate above the allotted amount. Our ceremony will be live-streamed and the link for the event will be shared as we get closer to the event.

More details will follow within the next few weeks. All updates will be posted on the Class of 2021 website,

Thank you for your understanding and we are excited to celebrate our 54th graduation class together!

    All the best,
