•  Student Expectations and Class Rules

    • No use of cell phones, smart phones, or any other such devices.
    • No eating in class.
    • No disruption of class lessons. (The student code of conduct will be enforced in class and referrals will be made to assistant principals as needed.)
    • Respect your fellow students.
    • Respect school property. Take care of your classroom.
    • Don’t write on desks or lab tables. There is plenty of paper around.
    • Pick up and clean up after yourself.
    • Work carefully during lab activities.  Use required safety precautions as indicated.
    • Move carefully, quietly, and rapidly during any evacuation drills. Stay together as a class so attendance can be easily taken once outside the building.
    • Listen carefully to instructions from your teacher.
    • Pay attention to class lessons.
    • Take notes (as necessary) and keep handouts organized.
    • Complete Google Classroom assignments on time (Such as Noteguides and worksheets etc.)
    • Study for tests and quizzes.
    • Makeup missed tests and quizzes.
    • Do your homework.  Try your best with questions that are more difficult. (Homework will be checked periodically and should be ready for the next class session or no credit will be given.)
    • Check Genesis as well as Mr. Curran’s web pages on the school site.
    • Ask questions.
    • Take part in class discussions.
    • Keep your curiosity level high, & always keep trying.
