State Assessments

 

Our district is committed to keeping families informed as students prepare for state assessments during the 2025–2026 school year. This page outlines the key testing dates and requirements.


New Jersey Graduation Proficiency Assessment (NJGPA)

  • Who tests: All Grade 11 students (Class of 2027)

  • Subjects: English Language Arts and Mathematics

  • Dates: March 16–20, 2026

  • Location: Administered in person at Warren Hills Regional High School

Important Information:
Meeting the NJGPA requirements in both Mathematics and English Language Arts is a graduation requirement in New Jersey. For the most up-to-date details on graduation pathways, please visit the NJDOE Graduation Requirements website.


New Jersey Student Learning Assessments (NJSLA)

  • Who tests:

    • Grades 7, 8, and 9: English Language Arts & Mathematics

    • Grades 8 and 11: Science

  • Testing window: April 27 – May 20, 2026

  • Location: Administered within each school building

Families will receive additional details closer to testing to help students prepare for success.


Testing Calendar

NJGPA at Warren Hills Regional High School

  • October 6–10, 2025 – Select students

  • March 16–20, 2026 – All Grade 11 students
    More information will be shared later in the school year.

NJSLA at Warren Hills

  • Middle School: TBD

  • High School: TBD


Fall Field Testing

This year, Warren Hills will participate in Fall Field Tests for the Adaptive NJSLA and Adaptive NJGPA.

  • Middle School: October 27–28, 2025

  • High School: October 29–30, 2025
