Parental Rights in Special Education PRISE

The New Jersey Administrative Code (N.J.A.C. 6A:14) for special education are laws that ensure learners with disabilities a free, appropriate public education (FAPE) in the least restrictive environment (LRE). An important facet of those laws provides parents with certain rights through procedural safeguards as further explained in the Parental Rights in Special Education (PRISE).
