Warren Hills High School Guidance Department

NCAA Collegiate Athletic Eligibility 

We strongly suggest that prospective student athletes who plan to participate in intercollegiate athletics at an NCAA Division I or II institution visit the NCAA website at NCAA Clearinghouse:

 

  1. Choose 'Create an Account' to register. 
  2. Fill out a 'transcript request form' or ask your Guidance Counselor/ Case Manager to send your transcript to the NCAA Eligibility Center.
  3. Take the SAT or ACT and use the code '9999' on CollegeBoard to have your official scores sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center.
  4. Check with your Guidance Counselor/ Case Manager to make sure you are on track to graduate on time and that you have the required amount of NCAA approved courses.
  5. Request your final transcript, with proof of graduation, be sent to the NCAA Eligibility Center.
