    Anatomy & Physiology:  Honors A & P is an inquiry/lab-based study of the human body integrating structure and function in clinical applications and critical thinking approaches. This course is for students interested in pursuing a career in medical fields (i.e. nutrition, nursing, medical doctor, etc.) biological fields, or who are interested in understanding the human body. 

    Biology: Biology is a lab/inquiry-based course where students will cultivate their understanding of biology as they explore the following topics: cytology, biochemistry, cellular processes, homeostasis and transport, cellular energy, reproduction, genetics, evoluation, information transfer, and ecology. This course is a graduation requirement in the state of New Jersey.

        The student textbook is a great resource for clarification. However, please check the links along the left side of the screen in order to access notes, worksheets, and assignments that a student may need.
     
     
     
     
    How to get extra help:
     
      Please do not hesitate to ask for help! I am available during lunch and after school most days, but please schedule a time to meet with me. 
     
     
    About Mrs. Helle:
     
          I am an alumna of Warren Hills. I graduated from Cedar Crest College with degrees in both Biology and Secondary Education, as well as just earned my Master's in The Art of Teaching.  This is my 7th year teaching here at WH.
