Statement from Superintendent on High School Shutdown

Statement from Superintendent on HS Shutdown:

The Warren County Health Department is investigating the recent COVID-19 cases associated with our school. Due to the increased number of cases and close contacts, the Warren County Health Department recommended the shutdown of schools and extracurricular activities. Out of an abundance of caution for the health and safety of our school community, the Warren Hills Regional School District is following that recommendation as we have with all of the Health Department’s recommendations from the beginning of the pandemic.

The Health Department and the Warren Hills Regional School District will be monitoring the situation this week and will make a determination on how best to move forward next week.

To respect the privacy of the students and staff affected by this disease, the Warren Hills Regional School District is unable to comment on the specific circumstances of any case.

Earl C. Clymer, III
