Warren Hills Summer Credit Recovery / Remediation School
June 3, 2022
Dear Warren Hills Community,
I hope this email finds you well as we are rapidly approaching the end of the 2021-2022 school year!
This summer, the district will again offer Summer Credit Recovery/Remediation School opportunities for students needing course recovery and/or remediation. The Summer School Program will run, in-person, every Tuesday and Thursday from 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM beginning Tuesday, July 5th and ending on Thursday, August 4th. Details and requirements for successful completion of the Summer School Program can be found HERE.
This Summer School option is FREE to all WH students and families. Students who did not receive credit for courses or failed a required course this past school year are encouraged to complete and submit the Google Form LINKED HERE, no later than Thursday, June 23, 2021.
Please note, due to the requirements set forth by the State of New Jersey, we are unable to offer credit restoration for Driver’s Education students. Students who did not receive credit for this course will need to seek an alternative setting or retake the class in the 2022-2023 school year.
MS students in need of this option have already been contacted by the school. If you were contacted and have not yet responded, please do so at your earliest convenience.
In an effort to provide students the opportunity to explore “hands-on” course offerings at WH, the district is offering ALL students the chance to explore courses in our AgriScience and Technology Education content areas. These courses are FREE and will follow the same timeframe as the summer school courses listed above. Course options include but are not limited to,
- Floral Design
- Principles of Agricultural Sciences - Plant & Animal
- Essentials in Construction & Carpentry
- Woods Manufacturing
More information about the Technology Education offerings can be found HERE. Please note these courses are in-person only opportunities. If you are interested, please complete this GOOGLE FORM and submit no later than Thursday, June 23rd.
Please direct questions to the following email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Very truly yours,
Earl C. Clymer, III
Superintendent of Schools
